摘要： PURPOSE: A pulling device for reducing the diameter of a metal pipe with step height in the external diameter is provided to improve the quality like air-tightness and joint strength of welding. CONSTITUTION: A pulling device for reducing the diameter of a metal pipe with step height in the external diameter comprises a dice(1), a plug, a chuck(14), an LM guide, and a ball bush set and a ball screw shaft. The dice is formed by gradually reducing the inner diameter from an inlet side to an outlet side. The plug has an outer shape corresponding to the inner diameter shape of the dice. The chuck chucks the front end of the pipe having reduced diameter passed through the dice. An LM guide guides the plate. The plate comprises the chuck. The ball bush set and the ball screw shaft transfers the plate along the LM guide.

摘要： A multiple pipe drawing device is provided to arrange a plurality of pipes which are drawn by a drawing unit on loading boards stably for discharging the pipes stably. A multiple pipe drawing device(1) comprises a dice(10), a drawing unit(20), and a discharging unit(30). The dice is formed with a plurality of forming holes(11). The drawing unit includes a traction pulley(22) and a conveyer rail(21). The conveyer rail is installed with conveyer chains(21a) which are conveyed to left and right sides by drive of a direct motor. The traction pulley receives feeding force of the conveyer chains and reciprocates. Pipes are loaded on loading boards(33). The discharging unit has conveyer belt parts(31) having conveyer belts(31c) between driving rollers(31a) and driven rollers(31b). Lifting and mounting parts(32) are installed at a lower side of the conveyer rail. The lifting and mounting parts are fixed with curved mounting plates(32b) on piston rods(32a).
