    • PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a middle sole combined with penetration-resistant insert is provided to give more comfort feeling to a user than traditional safety footwear and absorb shock by attaching bulletproof fiber into a middle sole. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a middle sole combined with penetration-resistant insert comprises; a first step to spray a hot-melt type adhesive to a plate made of bulletproof fiber and dry and cut the plate, a second step to prepare a component for forming a middle sole by using thermoplastic sponge, a third step to place the bullet proof fiber in the lower part of a metallic mold and inject the component in the mold and a fourth step to pressurize the mold filed with the component and the bullet proof fiber and heat and cool the same. [Reference numerals] (S1) First step of coating a hot-melt adhesive on a bulletproof fiber plate with predetermined thickness, drying, and cutting by an adequate standard; (S2) Second step of preparing components for forming a middle sole by grinding the bottom lower side, bottom front side, bottom rear side, and lateral side of the middle sole with a thermoplastic sponge on the basis of predetermined magnification for each model of the middle sole; (S3) Third step for placing a bulletproof fiber plate, prepared by the standard in the first step, on the lowermost part of a mold and injecting the prepared product for the midsole prepared in the second step on the upper part of the bulletproof fiber plate; (S4) Method of manufacturing a middle sole combined with penetration-resistant insert by using the bulletproof fiber plate with a fourth step of pressurizing and heating/cooling the bulletproof fiber plate and the mold with the prepared products for the middle sole to obtain an integrated middle sole
