CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a middle sole combined with penetration-resistant insert comprises; a first step to spray a hot-melt type adhesive to a plate made of bulletproof fiber and dry and cut the plate, a second step to prepare a component for forming a middle sole by using thermoplastic sponge, a third step to place the bullet proof fiber in the lower part of a metallic mold and inject the component in the mold and a fourth step to pressurize the mold filed with the component and the bullet proof fiber and heat and cool the same.
