    • 본 발명은 타르 또는 핏치의 불순물 정제 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 타르 또는 피치 및 유기 용매를 각각 15 내지 350℃의 온도 및 1 bar 내지 100 bar의 압력으로 유지하면서 제공하는 단계; 상기 타르 또는 피치와 유기 용매를 연속적으로 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 유기 용매에 용해된 불순물을 포함하는 하층과 유기 용매에 용해된 타르 또는 핏치를 포함하는 상층을 비중의 차이에 의해 분리하는 단계; 필터를 이용하여 상기 상층을 추가로 정제하는 단계; 및 정제된 상층으로부터 유기 용매를 분리하는 증류 단계를 포함하는 타르 또는 핏치의 불순물 정제 방법 및 이에 사용될 수 있는 장치에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명의 방법을 이용하는 경우 탄소 소재용 타르 또는 핏치에 함유된 퀴놀린 불용분 등의 불순물의 함량을 연속 공정으로 0.2% 이하로 효율적으로 저감시킬 수 있다.

    • The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for purifying impurities from tar or pitch and, more particularly, to a method for purifying impurities from tar or pitch including a step for providing tar or pitch and an organic solvent while maintaining the tar or the pitch and the organic solvent at a temperature of 15 to 350°C and a pressure of 1 bar to 100 bar, respectively; a step for forming a mixture by continuously mixing the tar or the pitch with the organic solvent; a step for separating a pellet containing impurities dissolved in the organic solvent from a supernatant containing the tar or the pitch dissolved in the organic solvent by using specific gravity difference; a step for additionally purifying the supernatant by using a filter; and a distillation step for separating the organic solvent from the purified supernatant, and an apparatus that can be used for same. In a case where the method of the present invention is used, the content of the impurities such as a quinoline insoluble contained in the tar or the pitch for a carbon material can be efficiently reduced to 0.2% or below through a continuous process.

    • PURPOSE: Tar refining equipment is provided to mechanically implement an impurity removal work according to the blockage state of filter pores, thereby consecutively operating the equipment without the stoppage of processes caused by the clogging of a filter. CONSTITUTION: Tar refining equipment (100) comprises a housing (10), a filter (20), a cleaning part (50-54), a manometer (30), and a controller (40). The housing comprises a tar chamber (12) connected to a tar inlet (14), and a filtering chamber (13) connected to a tar outlet (15). The filter in the housing is connected to the filtering chamber and is extended to a receiving chamber, and filters tar. The cleaning part cleans impurities adhered to the outer surface of the filter. The manometer is installed at the tar chamber of the housing to detect the internal pressure of the tar chamber. The controller computes the signal of the manometer and controls the cleaning part.
