Here, the casing(21) has a plurality of cable holes for interconnection of communication cables. The fixing unit(30) can be moved to the upper or lower portion of a fixing hole(112 or 122) according to positions and intervals of the previously-formed holes on the bottom of the casing(21). When the elastic insertion rod(32) is not available, the fixing unit(30) is turned over, and the hinge type variable cabling device is fixed by a screw(31). In addition, the fixing shape and angle of the hinge type variable cabling device can be varied according to a margin of the casing(21), and the position and interconnection of the fixing hole(112 or 122). As a result, various kinds of cabling devices are incorporated, and thus the installing and fixing operations are simplified. Moreover, the cabling operations are easily performed by variably installing a distributing device to the casing.
