The controller transmits a control signal for controlling the focus of the camera to the camera based on the initial focus information and the final focus information and transmits the image from the camera to the focus information analyzing unit.     • PURPOSE: A measuring device and a correcting method thereof are provided to enhance the usage efficiency of a pattern light projected from the projection unit and take a stable pattern image because the transmittance of a beam splitter is constituted higher than the reflectivity. CONSTITUTION: A correcting method of a measuring device is as follows. Images are obtained by taking of pictures of a calibration substrates in which a plurality of patterns is formed through a photographing unit having a camera and photographing lens(S100). Information related to a length between the plurality of patterns are obtained from the obtained images(S110). Reference data of the calibration substrates is brought(S120). Information related to a position of the calibration substrates is obtained by using the obtained information related to the length between the plurality of patterns and the information related to the length between the plurality of patterns from the reference data(S130). The photographing unit is calibrated by using the reference data of the calibration substrates and the information related to the position(S140).

      삼차원 계측 장치를 가지는 기판 검사 장치는, 크림 땜납이 인쇄되어 이루어지는 프린트 기판에 대해서 줄무늬 모양{縞狀}의 광 패턴을 조사하는 조사 장치와, 프린트 기판 상의 조사된 부분을 촬상하는 CCD 카메라와, 이것에 의해 촬상된 화상 데이터에 의거해서 삼차원 계측을 행하는 제어 장치를 구비하고 있다. 제어 장치는 주기 2㎛의 제1 광 패턴을 제1 위치에서 조사하여 얻어진 화상 데이터에 의거해서 각 화소마다{每}의 제1 높이 데이터를 산출한다. 또, 반화소{半畵素} 피치 비스듬하게 어긋난 제2 위치에서, 주기 4㎛의 제2 광 패턴을 조사하여 얻어진 화상 데이터에 의거해서 각 화소마다의 제2 높이 데이터를 산출한다. 그리고, 제2 높이 데이터를 기초로, 각 제1 높이 데이터의 줄무늬 차수{次數}를 특정하고, 해당 제1 높이 데이터의 값을 줄무늬 차수를 고려한 값으로 치환한다.

    • PURPOSE: Optical snow depth measuring method and apparatus are provided to improve the accuracy of measurement and to minimize the shaking phenomenon of snow due to wind using the reflective light of incident light. CONSTITUTION: An optical snow depth measuring method includes the following: Slit-shaped light is irradiated from laser beam(10) toward the ground at a pre-set angle. A camera(20) is installed at the reflected angle of the light and is toward the reflected side of the light. Image is taken by the camera. In the image, the reflected image from the ground is set as a reference point(p1). According to distances between reflected points from a snow surface and the reference point, the height of the snow surface with respect to the reference point is relatively calculated to obtain snow depth using phytahgoras theorem and trigonometric ratio.
