    • PURPOSE: A hybrid warm water-mat for a thermal bed is reduce a heating time by being applied to not only a general warm water-mat but also a thermal bed. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid warm water-mat for a thermal bed comprises an electric heating part(10). The electric heating device heats a heated water pipe line(3) of the hot-water for a hot water boiler(5). The electric heating device comprises a temperature sensor(20), a controller(30) and an electricity heating hose(40). The temperature sensor senses the temperature of the warm water pipe. When the temperature inputted from the temperature sensor is under a preset temperature, the controller outputs an ON signal. When the temperature inputted from the temperature sensor is over the preset temperature, the controller outputs an OFF signal.

A coil(C) in which the magnetic field is formed is rolled on the magnetic field coil unit when the power source is supplied to the outer circumference of the cold-water supply pipe. A cover(22) protecting the coil is integrated with the cold water supply pipe.

    • 저탕식 보일러 제어방법이 개시된다. 직수온도비교단계에서 수류 스위치로부터 유입되는 직수의 온도를 사전에 설정된 직수설정온도와 비교하여 계절값을 산출하고, 온수가열제어단계에서 산출된 계절값에 따라 상기 온수탱크 및 판형열교환기의 가열을 제어하며, 난방/온수모드 제어단계에서 난방/온수모드가 설정된 경우에는 사전에 설정된 저탕고온설정온도 및 저탕저온설정온도에 따라 온수탱크의 가열 및 난방가열을 제어한다. 본 발명에 따른 저탕식 보일러 제어방법에 의하면, 온수탱크에 담수된 직수가 온수탱크에서 데워진 상태로 유지되어 있으므로, 이를 통해 풍부한 온수를 공급할 수 있고, 온수 샌드위치 현상이 발생하지 않으며, 계절에 따라 적절한 온도의 온수가 배수되므로 사용자가 온수를 편리하게 이용할 수 있다. 또한 유량조절밸브의 조절로 판형열교환기 및 온수탱크로 적절하게 난방수가 분배되고 송출된 온수가 판형열교환기를 통해 가열되어 배출됨으로, 온수의 온도를 단시간에 설정온도로 높이고 일정하게 유지할 수 있고, 계절 및 보일러 설정 모드에 따라 온수를 가열하는데 이용되는 열량을 적절히 분배할 수 있어 에너지를 효율적으로 사용 가능하고 이에 따라 가스비의 낭비를 줄일 수 있다.
