摘要： The present invention relates to a water spray plate for a shower head with multiple water spray holes formed thereon, which forms a water inducing groove which induces the flow of water to the outer surface of a water inlet unit of the water spray hole. According to the present invention, the water spray plate of the shower head can increase the injection pressure of water by forming the water inducing groove which induces the flow of water to the outer surface of the water inlet unit of the water spray hole in order to prevent a vortex from being generated by the rapid change of tilt of the water inlet unit. Also, the present invention enables wide spraying of water or combines water spraying when the water injection pressure is maintained to supply a rich stream of water, improves cleaning efficiency, and also enhances a water-saving effect, as a user does not feel the decrease of water supply even if the amount of water supply is decreased.

摘要： The present invention relates to a shower head for saving water capable of saving water and conveniently controlling water pressure with a user's simple rotating operation by stably maintaining the discharging amount of water regardless of water pressure supplied from the water source (water supply or underground water). A shower head main body has an inner space including: a fluid discharging control cap having a water spray port; a water pressure control means conveniently controlling the size of a passage while a fluid discharging control cap moves forwards and backwards by the rotation of a control ring coupled to the shower head; and a water amount control element which is mounted on the rear of the water pressure control means and which has a quantitative valve made of an elastic material and having a passage hole. Therefore, the shower head can discharge a certain amount of water regardless of water pressure supplied from the country and area where the shower is installed, and can conveniently control the water pressure with a limited amount of water.
