It has been found that between dialkyl carbonate and diol produced by the reaction-distillation process, the dialkyl carbonate can be separated as high-purity one having a purity of 97% or above through distillation stably on an industrial scale of at least two tons per hour over a long term of 1000 hours or longer and in a high yield by using one continuous multi-stage distillation column having a specific structure.

      종래의 증류기의 격판에 고정되는 고정밸브(7)는 두개의 고정다리에 의하여 고정됨으로 고정다리를 격판의 고정구멍에 끼워 고정시 한쪽으로 기울어 견고하게 고정되지 못할 염려가 있음과 아울러 고정밸브의 좁은부분으로 증기가 분사시 고르게 분사되지 못하여 격판(6)에 붙은 이물질이 양호하게 제거되지 못하고 붙어 쌓이게 되는 문제가 따르게 되었다.
      본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기위하여 격판(6)의 고정구멍(6A)에 고정되는 고정밸브(7)의 고정다리(7A)를 3개로 형성하여 고정구멍(6A)에 끼워 고정할때 고정밸브(7)가 한쪽으로 기울어지게 됨이없이 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있도록하고 증기가 분사되는 고정밸브(7)의 좁은 부분에는 반원분사구멍(701)을 형성하는 한편 상부에는 펀칭하여 수개의 돌출분사구멍(702)을 형성함으로서 격판(6)의 구멍(601)을 통하여 상승되는 증기가 고정밸브(7)의 폭이좁은 전면측으로 분사되는 강한 증기압이 고르게 분산되게하여 찌꺼기등의 이물이 격판(6)에 쌓이는 것을 방지할 수 있도록한 증류기격판의 밸브구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
