    • 본 발명은 태양전지의 방열 특성을 개선하기 위해 특정한 전열성 필러를 포함하는 접착제를 사용하여 형성된 다층 구조의 태양전지 백시트 및 그 제조방법과 상기 태양전지 백시트를 구비하는 태양전지 모듈에 관한 것으로, 상기한 본 발명의 방열특성이 우수한 태양전지 백시트는 전열성 필러를 포함하는 접착제를 사용하여, 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리페닐렌설파이드(PPS), 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN), 폴리비닐플루오라이드(PVF), 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(PVDF), 에틸렌테트라플루오르에틸렌(ETFE), 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌(PCTFE), 에틸렌클로로트리플루오로에틸렌(ECTFE) 또는 무기화합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 층을 적층하여 형성된 것임을 특징으로 한다.
      상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 방열 특성이 우수한 태양전지 백시트는 단지 전열성 필러를 포함하는 접착제를 사용함에 의해 제조기술상 문제점과 같은 종래의 문제점 없이 백시트의 방열특성을 우수하게 하여 태양전지 모듈의 온도 상승을 현저하게 억제할 수 있으므로, 결과적으로 태양전지 모듈 내 온도를 종래 대비 낮게 유지할 수 있는 태양전지 백시트 및 상기 백시트를 포함하는 태양전지의 제공이 가능하게 되었고, 이에 의해 반도체 소자의 온도 특성에 기인하는 발전효율을 향상할 수 있는 태양전지를 제공하여 상기한 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하였다.

    • PURPOSE: An encapsulation sheet for a solar battery is provided to suppress the deformation of a silane compound in a driving and storing process, and to easily manufacture an encapsulant material sheet maintaining sufficient adhesion and uniform dispersity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an encapsulation sheet for a solar battery using a sheet composition(10) comprises: a step of manufacturing a sheet by using an additive except for a silane compound and an ethylene vinyl acetate resin; and a step of coating the sheet with a silane compound. In the coating step, the comprised amount of the silane compound is 0.01-0.5 weight%. A solar battery sealant sheet composition consists of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, a crosslinking agent, a cross-linking aid, a UV absorber, a photo stabilizer, an antioxidant, and the silane compound.

    • PURPOSE: An optical polyester film with excellent heat resistance is provided to obtain heat resistance and runnability, to maintain sufficient adhesion with a primer layer, and to maintain adhesion with a resin. CONSTITUTION: An optical polyester film comprises a substrate film(2), an adhesive primer layer(1) of a polymer adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the substrate film. The substrate film comprises at least one flame retardant particle as a transparent polyester film which has a thickness of 50-500 microns and is mono-axially elongated. The flame retardant particle has a particle size of 80 nm-10 microns. The flame retardant particle is a phosphorous compound of carboxyphosphinic acid or dimethylmethylphosphonate. The primer layer is formed by a coating liquid binder resin, a melanin-based or epoxy-based hardener, an anionic surfactant, and an inorganic particle.

CONSTITUTION: 3 parts by weight of photopolymerization initiator and 5 parts by weight of antifouling addition agent are added to 100 parts by weight of ionizing radiation curing resin mixture. The generated mixture is diluted by methyl isobutyl ketone and proplene glycal monoethyl ether. Hard coating solution is manufactured by mixing the mixture. The hard coating liquid is applied on one side of the polyester base film. The hardcoating layer is formed by hardening and drying the hard coating liquid.
