CONSTITUTION: A steering pump (100) including a wet motor of an open magnetic structure comprises a housing (110), a gear pump module (130), and a motor module. The gear pump module pressurizes fluid by being supported on one side of the housing. The motor module supplies driving power to the gear pump module by being supported to the other side of the housing and includes a stator and a rotor. The stator is supported by the housing so that a current is supplied by a power source applied in the outside. The rotor is connected to a partition member of the housing and includes a permanent magnet (161) and a motor rotary shaft (151). The outside of the permanent magnet includes an exposed unit (161a) exposed towards the stator.

    • PURPOSE: A mechanical multi-stage variable vane pump for engine oil is provided to reduce required power and working torque, to improve performance, and to remarkably reduce the power in a middle speed range. CONSTITUTION: A mechanical multi-stage variable vane pump for engine oil includes a cam ring(150), a main pressing unit(193), an auxiliary pressing unit(195), and a pressure chamber(180). The cam ring has a center eccentric with the center of an actuating shaft(120), and is coupled to a pivot shaft coupled to a pump housing(110) so that the cam ring is rotatable on the pivot pin and between a rotor(130) and the housing. The pressure chamber is partitioned by the cam ring, the rotor, and vanes(133). The main pressing unit elastically presses the cam ring against the actuating shaft as the rotational center of the rotor in a direction for increasing the eccentric amount of the cam ring. The auxiliary pressing unit is placed at a position opposite to the main pressing unit, and elastically presses the cam ring against the actuating shaft as the rotational center of the rotor in a direction for decreasing the eccentric amount of the cam ring. The pressure chamber communicates with one of pressure rooms, and the one in which the pressure of fluid increases is in higher pressure. The pressure chamber is placed between the cam ring and the housing so that the pressure chamber is capable of pressing the cam ring against the actuating shaft as the rotational center of the rotor in the direction for decreasing the eccentric amount of the cam ring.

The lost motion spring elastically pressurizes one of the valve support and the outer body against the other of the valve support and the outer body.
