    • 본 발명은 로터리 피더에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 호퍼의 내부와 로터에 발생하는 미세입자의 고착현상과 다짐현상을 방지 및 제거함으로써 일정량의 미세입자가 연속적으로 공급되도록 하여 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 로터리 피더에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명에 따른 로터리 피더는, 상광하협 형상으로 상하부가 개구되어 내부에 미세입자를 수용하고, 하부로 상기 미세입자를 공급하는 호퍼와, 상기 호퍼의 하부와 연통하여 결합되는 챔버와, 상기 챔버의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치되는 원통형상의 회전축 및 상기 회전축의 외주면을 따라 돌출 형성된 복수의 블레이드를 구비하고 상기 호퍼로부터 공급되는 상기 미세입자를 일정하게 배출하는 로터와, 상기 호퍼의 내부에 상기 미세입자가 고착되지 않고 유동하도록 회전 가능하게 설치된 교반부를 포함하여 이루어진다.

A valve control unit of a tank-lorry comprises a control valve(10), a detecting valve(30), a main valve(51), a closing valve(52) and an opening valve(53). The control valve feeds pressurized air of a pressurized air barrel(R), which is installed at the tank-lorry having a storing tank(1), into an oil feeding valve, or discharges the pressurized air to the exterior. The detecting valve is installed at an upper side of the storing tank and detects the maximum loading volume to operate the controlling valve. The main valve controls the pressurized air introduced into the detecting valve. The closing and opening valves urge the oil-feeding valve, which is open/closed according to the air pressure of the pressurized air barrel, to be closed and open, respectively.

The check valve comprises a valve housing(141) having a hanging sill(144) formed at the inner peripheral surface; a plunger(143) disposed in the valve housing and hung to the hanging sill; and an elastic member(142) applying elastic force to the plunger. If the water is filled in the outflow pipe, the check valve is closed up. If the outflow pipe is empty, the check valve is opened to exhaust the internal steam pressure of the water storage tank.

    • Provided is a water tank equipped with a self-cleaning function in an improved structure capable of getting rid of sediments produced on the bottom of the water tank, thereby supplying hygienically clean and safe water to people. The water tank(10) comprises a water inlet(11), a water outlet(12), and separation walls(20) formed on the bottom of the water tank(10) with a size of the inner circumference of the water tank(10). The separation wall(20) forms a plurality of supports to a designated height in a downward direction. The separation wall(20) between the supports is downwardly inclined, and has through holes formed at regular basis for transmitting sediments accumulated on the top surface of the separation walls(20). An externally inserted suction hose(30) having many inlets is provided to the lower portion of the separation wall(20) in zigzag shape. A suction pump(40) equipped with an automatic timer(41) is connected to the tip of the suction hose(30). Thus, sediments are sucked into the suction hose(30) and discharged outside through the inlets formed in the wall of the suction hose(30).
