    • An apparatus for automatically ejecting castings is provided to improve safety and workability when performing ejecting and transferring operations of castings manufactured in a casting machine, and to improve productivity by performing the operations continuously and automatically. An apparatus(100) for automatically ejecting castings comprises a body(110), a rotary arm(120), a first cylinder(140), an ejection receiver(150), a second cylinder(170), and a third cylinder(180). The rotary arm is installed in the horizontal direction of the body and rotated centering around a first hinge part(130). The first cylinder rotates the first hinge part to rotate the rotary arm in forward and reverse directions. The ejection receiver is installed on one end of the rotary arm, rotated in the horizontal direction centering around a second hinge part(160), and equipped with a tilting fixing part(155) such that the ejection receiver can be rotated in the vertical direction. The second cylinder rotates the second hinge part to rotate the ejection receiver in forward and reverse directions. The third cylinder rotates the ejection receiver in the vertical direction centering around the tilting fixing part by moving forward and backward in a direction perpendicular to the body, thereby pushing one side of a bottom surface of the ejection receiver.

    • A manufacturing method of turbine interstage seals is provided to manufacture interstage seals for turbines in which residual stress is not remained, and which are less deformed by high temperatures and high pressures by manufacturing seal bodies and seal packings through the centrifugal casting process without employing the forging process. A manufacturing method of a turbine interstage seal comprises: a step(S100) of heating and melting metal; a step(S101) of preheating a mold; a step(S102) of rotating the mold to a predetermined rotary speed and injecting molten metal into the mold to form a seal body or seal packing; a step(S103) of cooling the mold and seal body or seal packing; and a step(S104) of separating the seal body or seal packing from the mold. The melting step is performed by heating a metal in which iron, carbon, manganese, phosphorous, silicon, chromium, and molybdenum are alloyed to a temperature of 1630 to 1670 deg.C to melt the metal. The manufacturing method further comprises a step(S105) of heat-treating the seal body or seal packing after the separation step.
