    • 본 발명은 연속주조기의 풋롤 설치구조에 관한 것으로, 용강이 수용되는 턴디쉬와, 상기 턴디쉬의 하부에 설치되고 침지노즐에 의해 용강을 수납하여 주편으로 주조하는 주형과, 상기 주형을 진동시키는 유압실린더와, 상기 주형 하부에 그와 간격을 두고 다수 설치되어 주편을 냉각하고 인발하는 다수의 롤을 갖는 세그먼트를 포함하는 연속주조기에 있어서; 상기 세그먼트중 주형과 최근접된 탑존세그먼트의 최상단에 주편측으로 연장형성된 고정브라켓과; 상기 고정브라켓에 의해 회전가능하게 지지되며 탑존세그먼트에 장착되는 탑존롤들과 동일크기와 형상을 갖고 주형과 분리된 탑존세그먼트에 설치된 냉각 및 윤활설비와 연결되게 구비된 풋롤을 포함하여 구성된다.
      본 발명은 주형과 풋롤을 서로 분리시켜 이원화함으로써 교체작업의 용이성, 편의성이 확보되고, 작업시간이 단축되어 생산성 향상에 일조하는 효과를 제공한다.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a continuous-continuous casting method of two or more steels in the same tundish, wherein two or more steel slabs are produced in one tundish without exchange to reduce slab manufacturing cost by increasing the number of continuous-continuous castings and improve productivity and prevent safety accident by suppressing trouble during casting operation. CONSTITUTION: In a continuous-continuous casting method for continuously producing slabs by supplying refined molten steel into tundish(8) using a ladle(1) and supplying the supplied molten steel of tundish into a mold(10) of continuous casting machine, the continuous-continuous casting method of two or more steels in the same tundish comprises the steps of simultaneously reducing casting speed of the mold, closing a molten steel outlet of the tundish by a tundish molten steel outlet opening and closing means, supplying an inert gas into the molten steel outlet and injecting a mixed band(30) onto the upper surface of molten steel of the mold so that the mixed band covers molten steel of the mold if 2/3 or more molten steel in the tundish supplied from the ladle is supplied to the mold of the continuous casting machine when type of molten steel of the ladle to supplied to the tundish is different from type of molten steel in a waiting ladle that has to be continuously supplied to tundish afterwards; ascending the tundish to the upper side in succession; and stopping supply of the inert gas while supplying molten steel in the waiting ladle into the tundish, opening the closed molten steel outlet of the tundish, thereby supplying molten steel of the tundish into the mold so that molten steel is cast, and turning back the ascended tundish to the original position at the same time.
