    • PURPOSE: A bean spectrum selector judging fault and a selecting method thereof are provided to reduce working hours and human resources by not needing reselection work and to additionally collect a sample of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A bean spectrum selector comprises a light source, a spectrometer, a visible light generation unit(41), a near-infrared light generation unit(42), and a camera. The spectrometer divided light induced from the light source into the visible light and the near-infrared light. The near-infrared light generation unit irradiates the near-infrared light to a sample. The camera senses the reflection light in which the visible light is reflected from the sample and penetrating light in which the near-infrared light penetrates the sample. The fault of the sample is confirmable by using a spectrum of the reflection light and the penetrating light. The component of the sample is analyzed by using the spectrum of the penetrating light.

    • A method for separating plastic consisting of PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride), PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate), and ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) according to the kind of material is provided to secure the high quality and recovery rate of separated PET particles by using the proper charged materials according to the triboelectric series of plastic in charging. A method for separating PVC, PET, and ABS particles from mixed plastic comprises the steps of: crushing the mixed plastic into first mixed particles consisting of PVC, PET, and ABS particles; charging the first mixed particle by friction or collision of the first mixed particle and charged materials made of one of PVC, PP(Polypropylene), LDPE(Low Density Polyethylene), HDPE(High Density Polyethylene), and PET and charging the PVC particle with negative polarity and charging second mixed particle consisting of PET and ABS particles, with positive polarity; passing the PVC particle and the second mixed particle through a gap between a cathode plate and an anode plate, and moving the PVC particle to the anode plate and the second mixed particle to the cathode plate; neutralizing the second mixed particle by filling up the second mixed particle charged with positive polarity, with electrons; charging the second mixed particle by friction or collision of the second mixed particle and charged materials made of one of PET, rubber, HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene), calibre, and ABS, and charging the PET particle with negative polarity and charging ABS particle with positive polarity; and passing the PET particle and the ABS particle through a gap between the cathode plate and the anode plate, and moving the PET particle to the anode plate and the ABS particle to the cathode plate.
