    • PURPOSE: A power sensor is provided to reduce or remove a wrong judgment in case of a big vibration or an impact. CONSTITUTION: An oscillation circuit applies an output signal of a resonance frequency or neighborhood frequency of a piezoelectric element to the piezoelectric element. A first rectangular wave signal generating circuit(14) generates a first rectangular wave signal which converts the terminal voltage of the piezoelectric element into a rectangular wave. A second rectangular wave signal generating circuit(15) generates a second rectangular wave signal which does not transit from an initial level to a detection level. A phase determining circuit determines the phase of the second rectangular wave signal.

CONSTITUTION: A powder sensor includes a piezoelectric element(5), an oscillation circuit(10), a phase judgment circuit(20) and a powder existence judgment circuit(30). The oscillation circuit applies an output signal of a resonance frequency of the piezoelectric element or a frequency near to the resonance frequency to the piezoelectric element. The phase judgment circuit judges a phase of a terminal voltage of the piezoelectric element for a phase of the output signal of the oscillation circuit. The powder existence judgment circuit judges existence of the powder on the basis of the judgment result of the phase judgment circuit. CONSTITUTION: An underwater meter fixing device for multiple irradiation includes a connecting rod(10), a meter installing rod(20), and a support frame(30). The connecting rod is formed while having a preset extended length. The meter installing rod is combined with the connecting rod and forms plural meter fixing brackets to install meters at preset intervals. The support frame is fixed to a side of a ship and inserted into an insertion hole to place the meters installed in the meter installing rod on a desired water level.
