A base frame(10) is arranged on one side of the turntable and holds a press device(11) and a robot(12). A marking unit(13) and a discharge unit(14) are installed on the front of the robot.

The plate feeder supplies a plate and the piece feeder supplies a piece. The press-fit device interconnects the supplied plate and piece. The index unit receives the interconnected plate-piece assembly. The scara robot transfers the plate-piece assembly to an injection unit(600) and an injected guide anchor to the discharge unit. The discharge unit cuts the transferred guide anchor and discharges it to the outside.

The bottom die(3) has a guide edge(7) formed along the top of a die, a cavity(11) in which a material panel(1) is placed, and a panel mounting surface and a forming surface(F2) bordered by a trim(9). The panel regulator(20) is provided on the leading end of the bottom die and supports one end of the material panel put in the cavity. The electromagnetic forming unit(30) is arranged on the top of the bottom die so that a coil case(31) mounted on the leading end of an actuating rod(41) of a lifting cylinder(17) is guided by the guide edge and inserted to the cavity. The fixing is provided on both sides of the guide edge of the bottom die and fixes the coil case through a fixing hole formed on the coil case.

    • An automatic tire mounting system for a vehicle is provided to move a nut runner automatically by employing a triple axis conveying device, align the nut runner about a tire by using an aligning guide, and fastening hut nuts by using a rotation unit. An automatic tire mounting system for a vehicle comprises a nut runner(3), a triple axis conveying device(5), a vehicle sensor(13), an aligning guide(9), and a socket aligning unit. The nut runner includes a plurality of sockets(1) which are installed to fasten a plurality of hub nuts(21) by a predetermined torque. The triple axis conveying device is installed to convey the nut runner along three axes crossing one another in a three dimensional space. The vehicle sensor is attached to the nut runner to detect a vehicle which is conveyed by the triple axis conveying device. The aligning guide is installed to align the nut runner with regard to a tire(7) of the vehicle. The socket aligning unit is installed to align a plurality of sockets with regard to the hub nuts. The vehicle sensor is a photo sensor, which detects whether vertically projected beams are interrupted or not by the vehicle. The align guide includes two linear arms(9) which are attached to the top and the bottom of the nut runner and enter the space in a wheel housing. The socket aligning unit includes a rotation unit(17), and a laser sensor(19). The rotation unit turns the sockets with regard to an outer case(15) of the nut runner integrally. The laser sensor is attached to the rotation unit to detect the location of the hub nut.
