CONSTITUTION: A backlight assembly generates and emits light. A substrate is arranged on the backlight assembly and receives an external signal. The first light guide member(800) is arranged on the substrate. A reflecting member is arranged on the side of the first light guide member. The backlight assembly comprises a light source(220) and the second light guide member(210). The reflecting member reflects light emitting from the second light guide member to the first light guide member.

    • PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display improving screen quality by reflection pattern and an optical scattering layer is provided to prevent the formation of a diffractive pattern by forming an optical scattering layer diffusing reflecting light. CONSTITUTION: A light diffusing layer(40) forms a liquid crystal layer(30) of a pattern on a lower substrate(10) by a photolithography type or an inkjet type. A gate line or a data line of the lower substrate is a reflecting pattern reflecting incident light from the outside of the LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device. The light reflected to the same pattern flows into the optical scattering layer. The light is collided in diffusion particles. The light is emitted from the optical diffusion layer from a diffused state.

    • PURPOSE: A backlight unit is provided to fix a printed circuit board easily without a separate adhesive member. CONSTITUTION: In a PCB (Printed Circuit Board)(151), a light emitting diode(LED) for offering the light to a light guide plate is mounted. The PCB is arranged at one side of the light guide plate. A reflection fixing member(180) has a reflection surface, a fixing surface and an adhesion surface. The reflection surface is arranged in the back side of the light guide plate. The fixing surface is curved at an edge of the reflection surface so as to cover the back side. The adhesion surface is curved at an edge of the fixing surface and is adhered to an upper side of the light guide plate.

    • An FFS(Fringe Field Switching) mode liquid crystal display device is provided to improve the readability outdoors as maintaining the process without considerably changing it. To control the amount of transmitted light by applying a voltage to a liquid crystal layer, the first and second transparent electrodes are equipped within a pixel region. The second transparent electrode comprises a plurality of slits. The slits are separately arranged on the first transparent electrode as having an insulating layer between them. A reflector is manufactured in an electrically independent type by using the material of a data line at an upper part of a gate line(120). A plurality of patterns having a looped curve shape are equipped at a lower part of the reflector.
