    • PURPOSE: A flexible coupling integrated seat capacity torque meter, which changes a coupling angle, if targets have different height, is provided to be easily attached and detached when exchanging targets using a rotary part. CONSTITUTION: A flexible coupling integrated seat capacity torque meter comprises a rotating unit(10), a coupling flange unit(20), a sensor unit(40), a strain gage(50), a flange(14) and a supporting unit. The rotating unit has a circumscribe gear unit(11), a measuring instrument for number of rotation(12) and a slip ring core(13). The coupling flange unit has the circumscribe gear unit and inscribed gear unit(21). The sensor unit measures the number of rotation of gear. The strain gage measures the strain of the slip ring core. The flange is fixed to the coupling flange unit so that the coupling flange unit and rotating unit separate.

A small 3-axis force sensor in size and capacity for an intelligent gripper includes a plurality of cantilever plates(10a,10b,20a,20b,30), a force transmission block(40), a center body block(60), a first fixing block(90), a second fixing block(70), a screw hole(50) of the fixing block, and a pair of screw holes(80) of the force transmission block. A vertical sensing sensor is coupled to the force transmission block and the center body block at both ends of one of the cantilever plates to sense force Fz. Two of the cantilever plates have a rectangular through hole in a horizontal direction to detect force Fx. Two of the cantilever plates have a rectangular through hole in a vertical direction to sense force Fy. The horizontal sensing sensor coupled to the first fixing block at right side and to the second fixing block at left side is formed in a shape of "T".

      본 발명은, 핸들몸체를 길이방향으로 등분되게 잘라 형성되는 개별분리몸체에 스트레인게이지를 설치하고, 각각의 상기 개별분리몸체에 가해지는 외력에 대하여 각각의 상기 스트레인게이지에서 측정되는 측정값을 이용하여 악력과 이송력을 계산해 내는데 사용되는 핸들로서, 상기 개별분리몸체는 외력에 의해 움직임 가능하도록 3개 이상 설치되며, 상기 개별분리몸체는 상기 스트레인게이지의 장착면이 상호 대향되도록 설치되되, 상기 장착면이 이루는 각이 삼각형 이상의 다각형인 것을 특징으로 한다.
      따라서, 이송력의 작용방향을 미리 고려하지 않고 임의의 방향으로 핸들을 설치하여 악력과 이송력을 정확하게 측정할 수 있으므로, 핸들을 이용한 진동실험을 편리하게 진행할 수 있고, 정도 높은 실험결과를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A method for analyzing a golf swing posture is provided to correct a wrong swing posture of a golfer by detecting pressure applied to a grip of the golfer through a pressure sensor attached to a golf glove. CONSTITUTION: A strain gauge(120) is attached to three spots of a grip(110) of a shaft(100). Pressure measured by the strain gauge(120) is converted into an electric signal and is amplified through a pressure signal processing device(200). The amplified signal is converted into a digital signal through an A/D converter(300). The swing action of a golfer is recorded by means of a camera recorder(400) and inputted into a computer(600) through an interface. Then, the computer(600) synchronizes the pressure signal with the swing action of the golfer and displays data in a monitor.
