The partition wall is formed on the upper and lower side of the square hot-water tank. The square hot-water tank is combined in an inner shell(70) of an outer cover(50). The heat collecting chamber is formed in the bottom surface of the hot-water tank. The aligned pipe is built in the square hot-water tank. The hot-water coil is built in the upper side of the hot-water tank.
