    • PURPOSE: A diffusion low carbon house and a plan method of the diffusion low carbon house for saving energy are provided to reflect data for a weather condition of a corresponding area, thereby maximizing energy performance and economics of a building. CONSTITUTION: Weather and location data of a location in which a house is constructed are collected(a). A size of the house is calculated and an interior section is planned(b). Analysis for energy consumption of the house and monthly cooling-heating load analysis are performed by considering the weather data and an envelope condition of the house, an interior condition and a profile(c). An energy saving performance target of the house sets up the cooling-heating load analysis as an object(d). Achievement of the energy saving performance target is evaluated by controlling performance of a structure comprising the house(e).
