CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device comprises a rotary unit(400) and a return spring(600). The rotary unit is installed in an outer cover between an operating region of a knob(200) and an operating region of a locking rod(300) to be rotated. One side of the rotary unit is connected to a back side of the knob and the other side of the rotary unit is connected to an end region of the locking rod. The rotary unit converts an operating power of the knob into the linear motion of the locking rod. The return spring applies return elasticity, thereby returning the rotary unit rotated by the linear motion of the knob to an original state.
