    • PURPOSE: A battery cell-coupling apparatus is provided to steadily couple a battery cell with a female screw or a male screw in metal strips by forming a plurality of metal strips when manufacturing a mold for the battery case. CONSTITUTION: A battery cell-coupling apparatus comprises metal strips(20) formed with the same gap in one direction on the upper side of a battery case(20). In the metal strip, coupling units for coupling battery cells(30) are formed with a constant gap in a longitudinal direction. The coupling units are selected from female screw and male screw. The flange(32) of the battery cell is mounted to the female screw and is fastened by bolts. The male-screw is inserted into the flange of the battery cell and is coupled through nuts.

Preferably the low viscosity filler is an empty glass sphere; the rubber reinforcement is a butadiene-based rubber; the base resin is at least one unsaturated polyester-based resin selected from the group consisting of an iso-based resin, an ortho-based resin, a tera-based resin, a modified bisphenol-based resin, a bisphenol-based resin and a vinyl ester-based resin; the monomer is at least one selected from the group consisting of styrene, methyl methacrylate, divinyl benzene, α-methyl styrene, vinyl acetate and acrylate; the reinforcement is a glass fiber having a length of 0.64-5.08 mm; and the inorganic filler is at least one selected from the group consisting of calcium carbonate, mica, talc and clay.
