    • PURPOSE: An ion filter for fuel cell system is provided to improve flux distribution by using pressure difference of cooling water before and after passing through a waste ion resin and to release a phenomenon concentrating the cooling water to the both ends of an ion resin. CONSTITUTION: An ion filter for a fuel cell system comprises a body part(18) in which a coolant inlet(20) is formed in an upper end and a coolant outlet(22) is formed in an upper end; an ion resin(24) which is mounted in the middle of the body part; an inflow port space(26) which is formed between the coolant inlet and the one side of ion resin; an outlet port space(28) which is formed in a space between the opposite side of the ion resin and coolant outlet. A waste ion resin(30) is arranged on the surface of an ion resin near the inlet port.
