CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen treating device for evaluating hydrogen brittleness of a steel member comprises a vessel(10), a steel fixing member(30), a current applying member(50), a solution temperature control member(70), and a bubbling member(90). A solution is charged in the vessel for hydrogen blowing a dipped steel member when a current is applied. A current of a cathode is applied to the steel fixing member. A part of the current applying member is dipped into the solution so that a current of an anode is applied. The solution temperature control member controls the temperature of the solution.

    • PURPOSE: A welding apparatus is provided to prevent a welded part from becoming eccentric by controlling the descending height of a welding member according to the thickness of a material to be welded. CONSTITUTION: A welding apparatus comprises a main body(120), a material thickness measuring unit(140), and welding members(160). The main body includes a platform(122) in which a material(S) is fixed. The material thickness measuring unit measures the thickness of the material fixed to the platform. The welding members are installed in the main body and cooperate with each other to weld the material. The welding members are raised and lowered by a lifting unit(124) according to the measured thickness of the material. The lifting unit includes a power transmission member having an extension bar in which a convex part is formed to increase strength against the pressing force of the welding members.

The buffer part absorbs an impact applied to the tube. The apparatus body part is connected to the buffer part. The hydroforming apparatus further comprises a nozzle fixing part(150) checking retrocession of the nozzle part such that the nozzle part does not retrocede during hydroforming of the tube.
