    • PURPOSE: A synthetic resin plating method is provided to form a concavo-convex on the surface of a 100% polycarbonate resin at a laser-activated phase without using an organic solvent, thereby improving the work convenience and safety. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin plating method consists of the following steps. A laser beam is irradiated on the surface of a plated object molded with a synthetic resin to be formed with a minute concavo-convex(S10). The concavo-convex formed on the plated object is etched with an acidic etching solution to expand in size(S40). The plated object is deposited in a catalyst adsorption solution to make a catalyst metal compound absorb the inside of the concavo-convex whereby electroless plating is implemented(S50). The plated object is deposited in an acidic catalyst activation solution to convert the catalyst metal compound into a catalyst metal using an oxidation-reduction reaction(S60). The catalyst metal on the plated object is used as a seed for electroless plating Ni-B alloy on the plated object(S70).     • PURPOSE: An earthquake-proof pipe connection coupling is provided to pressure-insert recessed ends on the upper and lower sides of a front end flange and a ring shape plate which are integrated to each other using a shape clamp, and to easily fix the combined condition. CONSTITUTION: A washer(2) and a packing ring(1) are fitted to the tip-end of a pipe(20). A pipe fastening cap(30) is fitted to the rear side of the pipe. A semi-circular protruded wheel(21) on a joint portion(20a) of the pipe moves to the left and right sides in a gap between the water and a supporting ring(32). Recessed ends(11a, 31a) are formed on the upper and lower sides of a front end flange(11) on extended front end portions(10a) for a socket(10), and the outer circumference of a ring-shaped plate(31) on the pipe fastening cap. The joint portion is inserted into the inside periphery of each extended front end portion. A shape clamp(40) press-inserts the recessed ends on the upper and lower sides of the front end portions and the ring-shaped plate.

CONSTITUTION: An expandable and earthquake-proof pipe joint comprises a body(110), a packing(120), a flange(130), a pressing ring(121), a combining member, and a buffering member. One end of a pipe(101) is inserted into the body. A level difference is formed at an end of the body in which one end of the pipe is inserted. An inner diameter of the body is expanded through the level difference. The packing seals the inner surface of the body and the outer surface of the pipe. The flange pressurizes the packing to a vertical plane of the level different part in the longitudinal direction of a pipe. The buffering member absorbs the expansion and contraction of the pipe.
