CONSTITUTION: A digitized broadcasting program is produced in S101. A broadcasting data utilizing an AV equipment is generated in S103. The digitized broadcasting program is converted into external contents or is converted into voices in real time in S105. A broadcasting stream is generated in S107. A broadcasting stream data is transmitted to a management server in S109. The broadcasting program is classified in S111. It is checked whether the broadcasting program is a real time broadcasting program in S113. If not, user information, broadcasting proceeding information and other broadcasting contents are stored and data are managed in S115. If so, the real time broadcasting program is compressed in S117. The broadcasting program is transmitted to a mobile communication service provider in S119.

摘要： PURPOSE: A personal digital bookmark by using tool bar of web browser is provided to enjoy data updated by a predetermined time period from a server by a convenient opening program and attestation of server without inputting any ID or password when entering and joining membership in different sites. CONSTITUTION: An exclusive private tool bar is installed in a web browser, which has bidirectional communication functions so that a service provider provides some service and the individual sets options of service. The user utilize the same tool bar by the attestation of the service server even when moving to other sites having different browser screen. The fixed tool bar serves bookmark, mail service, scheduling, WEB edition, messenger, and banner advertisement, and the service is freely added or deleted by the setting between the user and the server. Whenever the user visits other sites, the ID and password of the user need not to be inputted but the server provides the tool bar in which the membership number of the user is optionally inputted in the tool bar so that the user may enter the sites by a single clicking. The tool bar is not changed even though the URL is changed by entering into other sites increasing advertisement effect.
