    • PURPOSE: A rotational angle measuring device and a method thereof are provided to correct errors, and to allow a rotor to be adapted for precision working by measuring rotational angle of the rotor finely and accurately. CONSTITUTION: A rotational angle measuring apparatus comprises a holder combined with a rotor to turn; a rotational angle sensor having a shaft rotating against the holder; a level having an initial point as reference for measuring the rotational angle of the shaft, and rotating with the shaft of the rotational angle sensor; and an operating unit turning the shaft of the rotational angle sensor. The rotational angle sensor and the level are mounted in the rotating body, and the initial point of the electronic level is set. The rotating body is turned as a target angle, and the level is rotated to restore the value of the level to the initial point. The rotational angel sensor measures the rotation angle of the rotating body by detecting the rotational angle of the shaft.

    • PURPOSE: A method of transmitting radio link protocol in a code division multiple access (CDMA) mobile communication system is provided which optimizes radio link protocol data frame structure to reduce the number of bits that are zero-padded to be discarded. CONSTITUTION: In a method of transmitting radio link protocol in a code division multiple access mobile communication system, the number of average zero padding bits is reduced by making the representation unit of transmission data field on the frame structure of the radio link protocol be octet or less. The representation unit is nibble. Reduction in the number of zero padding bits increases the amount of data transmitted per frame, to realize efficient radio link protocol frame transmission.
