摘要： PURPOSE: A food dehydration system for sink is provided to dehydrate food waste with a small force and break large food waste in sink. CONSTITUTION: A food dehydration system for sink comprises a drain part, a rotating part, a gear part, a driving part, and a dehydrating part(50). The drain part includes a drain basket(15) which is formed in a basin of sink and has an installation hole on the bottom thereof. The rotating part includes a rotary shaft(21) which is rotated via a bearing in the installation hole and a shaft connector. The gear part comprises a rotary gear(31), a pinion gear(32), and a rack gear(33), wherein the pinion gear and the rotary gear are rotated by the back and forth motion of the rack gear. The driving part comprises a fixed plate(41) with movable and fixed pieces, a tension spring(44) connecting the fixed piece to the rack gear, and a pair of brackets(46) in which a pivoting plate(45) is installed to push the pinion gear. The dehydrating part comprises a dehydrating basket(51) which is placed on the shaft connector of the rotating part rotated by the gear part driven with the driving part and a connector formed on the bottom of the dehydrating basket.
