    • The present invention relates to a surface light source device and a backlight unit including the same and, more particularly, to the surface light source device and the backlight unit including the same, capable of slimming a module and reducing manufacturing costs by reducing the number of optical components and obtaining high and uniform brightness properties by optimizing front brightness rise efficiency through the angle control of a prism. A lenticular pattern is formed on the output surface. A plurality of unit cells with micro prism patterns are dispersed on the rear surface. A vertical angel (θ) of the unit prism of the micro prism pattern is 80° to 83°. The arrangement direction of the unit prism is parallel to the arrangement direction of the light source. The micro prism sheet is laminated on the light guide plate. The vertical angle (θ) of the prism is 90° to 110° on the micro prism sheet.

    • PURPOSE: A heat-shrinkage polyester film is provided to produce the film with a multi-layered unveiling process without a separate coating process, to maintain the specific physical property of the film, and to offer excellent solvent adhesion force and blocking resistance. CONSTITUTION: A heat-shrinkage polyester film has at least three layers containing an inner layer and outmost layers on the upper and lower sides of the inner layer. The outmost layers are formed of dicarboxylic acid, and is a polyester resin containing terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate. The thickness ratio of the outmost layers and the inner layer satisfies equation 1: thickness of one outmost layer : thickness of the inner layer : thickness of the other outmost layer = 1 : 11±8 : 1. The inner layer is a copolymer polyester resin obtained by copolymerizing dicarboxylic acid containing terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate, and a diol composition containing ethylene glycol and neopentyl glycol.

    • PURPOSE: An optical polyester film is provided to improve adhesive force between resin and base film even in the environment of high temperature and high humidity and prevent drop-out of a coating layer generated during the post processing by forming a primer layer blended with water soluble acryl polymer resin and polyurethane resin to elongate transparent polyester substrate film at least one shaft. CONSTITUTION: An optical polyester film comprises a polyester substrate film(1) and a primer layer(2) coated on at least one side of the base film. The primer layer coated with coating solution composed of polyacrylo-nitrile resin in a blended form has urethane type polymer resin as main material. The surface of the base film formed the primer layer has 90~100% of light transmittance and 0.2~0.7% of haze values. The adhesive force between the base film and the primer layer is 95~100% under is 65°C, and 95% of humidity after 96 hours of an excess water tolerance test. The acrylic polymer resin is a resin given water-soluble by controlling molecular weight and through copolymer with hydrophilic group which is at least one among methylmethacrylate, ethylmethacrylate, isobutyl methacrylate, normal butyl methacrylate, normal butyl methylmethacrylate, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, etc.

The surface resistance of the edge part and the center part of the antistatic polyester film is 10^7-10^10 Ω/sq. The antistatic polyester film satisfies separation force from an acrylate-based tape of 900 g/in or more and separation force from a paper-based tape of 150 g/18mm.
