CONSTITUTION: A door(10) of a vehicle is composed of an outer panel(12) formed out of a vehicle room; an inner panel(14) assembled with the outer panel; a door frame(16) mounted in an inner rail(20) combined with the inner panel; and an outer rail(18) combined with the inner rail. The inner rail and the outer rail are mounted in an extension part(14a) bent from the hemming portion of the inner panel. Welding process is convenient by enlarging the welding range, and noise and vibration are reduced with improving the rigidity of the door frame.

    • PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a door side weather strip is provided to improve the whole appearance of a door frame and to prevent the separation of the weather strip from the door frame by simplifying the installation of the weather strip. CONSTITUTION: A flange(21) is formed in an one side(20) of a door frame. A door side weather strip(22) is loaded on the flange. A molding clip(23) I s installed to combine the door side weather strip with the flange. By inserting the clip to the flange and the door side weather strip, the door side weather strip is installed. By simplifying a molded portion of the door frame, the appearance of the door frame is improved. By reinforcing the mounting structure of the door side weather strip, the separation of the door side weather strip from the door frame is prevented.

The weight of the door is reduced by installing the door outside belt weather strip in the upper part of the door outer panel, and the rigidity is improved by mounting the reinforcement.

    • PURPOSE: A side panel of a vehicle for reinforcing mounting of a door hinge is provided to prevent drooping of the door hinge by assembling the door hinge in inserting a small reinforcing plate to a groove of a mounting part, and to cut down expenses by reducing the weight. CONSTITUTION: A door hinge is mounted in a side outer panel, and a settling groove(102) is formed in the left part of the side outer panel. A reinforcing plate(104) is inserted to the settling groove, and an inclined surface is formed in the outer periphery of the settling groove to reinforce mounting of the door hinge. A reinforcing panel is eliminated from the side outer panel with keeping the thickness of the side outer panel. Drooping of the door is prevented by reinforcing the mounting portion of the door hinge with assembling the door hinge in inserting the reinforcing plate to the groove. Expenses are reduced, and the weight of the vehicle is reduced.

    • PURPOSE: A parking assistant device is provided to help parking in a narrow space and to prevent the connecting part of an arm and a cylinder from being damaged by the load applied to auxiliary wheels. CONSTITUTION: A parking assistant device comprises a rotation plate(2), two of the first cylinders(5), two of the second cylinders(8), a hydraulic pump and a rotation device. The rotation plate is mounted on the bottom on a body on the middle of rear wheels to be horizontally rotatable. The first cylinders are connected with both ends of the bottom of the rotation plate by the first hinges and has auxiliary wheels installed on the ends thereof. The second cylinders are connected with the first cylinders by the second hinges(6) and mounted on the central part of the bottom of the rotation plate by the third hinges(7). The hydraulic pump is connected through a pipeline to the first and the second cylinders to supply hydraulic pressure and turned on/off by a switch. The rotation device is mounted to rotate the rotation plate according to the location of parking.
