A transparent conductive laminate comprises the hard coat film, and a transparent conductive layer laminated in another side of the coating layer. A touch panel comprises the transparent conductive laminate.

    • PURPOSE: A prism sheet and a back light unit using the same are provided to relieve the light collection property of a prism sheet, to prevent the generation of an interference pattern or the flickering of a screen, and to improve front brightness, thereby reducing the number of optical sheets and thus reducing the thickness of a back light for a liquid crystal display device. Multiple projection prism parts(5) are arranged and installed on the surface of the bead coating layer in a stripe shape, and a sheet shape part(4) is arranged and installed between the bead coating layer and the projection prism parts.

CONSTITUTION: A hard coat film(1) includes a transparent substrate layer(2) and a hard coat layer(3). The substrate layer uses a polycarbonate group resin as a main component. The hard coat layer is laminated on one side of the substrate layer. The average thickness of the substrate layer is greater than 5 micrometers and thinner than 50 micrometers. The photoelastic coefficient of the substrate layer is less than 40X10^-12/Pa. The hard coat film additionally includes an adhesive layer(4) laminated on the other side of the substrate layer. The adhesive layer includes an acrylic resin group adhesive as a main component. The haze value of the hard coat film is less than 2%, and the visible light transmission rate is greater than 87%. The retardation value(Ro) of the surface of the hard coat film is less than 100nm, and the retardation value(Rth) toward the thickness direction is less than 200nm.
