    • Disclosed is a transparent heating substrate using carbon nano-tube comprising heating elements capable of controlling the heating temperature by controlling the width and a manufacturing method thereof. For this, the transparent heating substrate using carbon nano-tube comprising heating elements formed on a substrate and the substrate are provided. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing the substrate; preparing a mixture of carbon nano-tube slurry; coating the mixture on the substrate; and heat-processing the mixture of carbon nano-tube slurry coated substrate. Through these simple processes, the effective transparent heating substrate can be manufactured. The transparent heating substrate of the present invention can control the width of transparent heating layer to change resistivity of the same, thereby controlling heating temperature with simple methods in various scopes.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of soft ferrite sheet comprises a process that mixes a filler of ferrite powder (nickel-zinc group and/or manganese-zinc group), a dispersant of KD-9, cross linking agent of SR-525, an initiator of perbutyl-P and thermosetting resin compound(S10); a process that produces slurry with constant viscosity by dispersing and mixing substances mixed(S12); a process that removes gases such as bubbles that contained in slurry(S14); a process that tape-casts about rough slurry that went through gas removal process(S16); a process that cuts the sheets produced by tape-casting in a size appropriate for the process(S18); a process that laminates by stacking with a thickness classification about the sheets sized for the process(S20); a process that cuts the sheets that went through lamination in an applicable product size(S22). The weight of the ferrite powder is 39 to 50 percent of the total weight of composition, the weight of the thermosetting resin is 8 to 20 percent, and the weight of the organic solvent and other chemical preparations is 30 to 54. The generation of slurry is executed using a ball mill. The condition of lamination has 30 to 50 mega pascal of impressed pressure and 100 to 210 degree C of impressed temperature.
