    • PURPOSE: A hatch opening and closing device and a movable unit with the same are provided with a small volume and reduced weight as a plurality of speed reducer gears and a spring are not installed. CONSTITUTION: A hatch opening and closing device comprises a shaft and a lift control unit. The shaft is extended through a hatch cover, and spiral grooves are formed on the inner periphery of the shaft. The lift control unit comprises an elevating shaft(310), a ratchet(316), and a lever. The elevating shaft is inserted into the shaft, and threads are engaged with the spiral grooves. The ratchet is connected to the elevating shaft, and rotates the elevating shaft. A stopping member(315) of the lever restricts a rotational direction of the ratchet.

A spring(130) is inserted to the other end of the pin to help the slide motion of the pin. A support(140) is connected to the back end of the housing to support one end of the pin and the spring. A lever(150) is hinged on the lever bracket, with one end received/supported in the lock groove.

    • 본 고안은 전투기동 장갑차량의 운전석 해치의 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 완전히 밀폐된 전투장갑차량의 상부 뚜껑인 해치를 신속하게 여닫을 수 있도록 하는 해치 개폐장치에 관한 내용이 개시되어 있다. 해치 개폐장치는 해치의 육중한 하중이 레버에 직접 전달되어 해치 개폐시 많은 힘이 필요로 하며 레버의 상면(53)과 지지판(42)과의 압착면접촉에 의해 접촉부위가 마모가 심하고 그 압착마찰저항에 의해 개폐시 많은 힘이 소요될 뿐만 아니라 부품파손의 원인이 되었다. 따라서 본 고안에서는 축지지체에 경사면이 형성된 돌출면과 해치와 몸체사이에 드러스트베어링과 레버에 베어링을 설치하여, 육중한 해치를 부드럽게 개폐할 수 있고, 적은 힘으로 개폐할 수 있다.
