    • The invention relates to a freewheel clutch comprising rags (11) which are located between an inner locking track (2) and an outer locking track (3) and two sliding discs (1) which each feature one inner axis (4) adjacent to the inner locking track (2), one outer axis (5) adjacent to the outer locking track (3) as well as one middle section which connects the axes (4, 5) and has an axial inwardly directed bending (9). The bending (9) extends from the outer axis (4) to the inner axis (5) and preferably features a maximum embossing depth (T) which is lower than the wall thickness (D) of the middle section (6).

    • PURPOSE: Cam structure applied to a cam clutch is provided to actuate the clutch accurately by preventing a spring from being fitted to the cam with forming sills in both ends of a spring installation groove and the gentle slope of the contact surface. CONSTITUTION: Plural cams(130) are arranged between an inner race and an outer race, and installed by a spring to guide relaxation or stop in rotating the inner race and the outer race. A sprig installation groove(131) is placed in a relax contact face, and a sill(132) is formed in the end of the spring installation groove. A sill(133) is formed in the end of the spring installation groove below 45 angular degrees. A sill(134) is extended from the sill, and formed to be below 90 angular degrees with the spring installation groove. The angle between the spring installation groove and the contact surface is about 60 degrees. Vibration and impact are reduced with operating cams smoothly.
