Thus, the apparatus prevents entanglement of the synthetic thread (60) wound by the cylindrical can (70) and makes it easy to draw the synthetic thread in a post process by the above configuration. Thus, it is possible to cut down personnel expenses drastically, and to perform the process more rapidly by performing continuous winding of the synthetic thread (60).
