    • The present invention relates to an ″automatic food waste collection system using a disposer and a drum type filter device″ whereby the disposer that crushes food waste is arranged in each place where food waste is generated so that the food waste is crushed and discharged in the form of a sludge and a user convenience is maximized; and a drum type sludge filter provided in the system used to separate the food waste sludge from liquid sewage so that the food waste sludge is subjected to a separate collection process, the sewage is discharged through a sewage duct, and the food waste can be discharged and collected in a safe and eco-friendly manner. According to the present invention, the automatic food waste collection system includes a crusher (1) installed in each of a plurality of households to crush and discharge food waste; a sewage duct (10) whereby the food waste sludge discharged from the crusher (1) and the sewage discharged from the households are mixed with each other and transported; a sludge filter (2) which performs solid-liquid separation on the food waste sludge and the sewage flowing in through the sewage duct (10) so that the sewage is discharged to a common sewage pipe; and a sludge storage tank (3) where the food waste sludge that is separated from the sewage by the sludge filter (2) is discharged from the sludge filter (2) is collected.

    • A drying apparatus for the treatment of organic waste by using hot air is provided to sufficiently dry a drying object with a high moisture content or a high adhesive property by pulverizing the organic waste into a predetermined size, maximize the drying efficiency by drying the drying object through a rotary dryer after drying the drying object through a screw dryer, and adjust drying time and drying ratio by adjusting positions and ejection angles of hot air induction holes during rotary drying. A drying apparatus for the treatment of organic waste by using hot air comprises: a feeding hopper(10) for feeding the organic waste; a pulverizer for transferring the organic waste stored in the feeding hopper by a transfer screw(15) to pulverize the organic waste; a screw dryer(30) in which a guiding screw(32) is formed such that ejection holes are penetratingly formed in the guiding screw; a rotary dryer(40) which is rotatably connected to one side of the screw dryer, and which has transfer members(42) formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof to discharge the organic waste to a discharge port(45) while rotating the organic waste transferred through the guiding screw; and a hot air induction pipe(50) which is formed in the rotary dryer, and which has hot air induction holes(52) formed in an outer peripheral surface thereof, wherein the screw dryer is formed in the form of double pipes such that a plurality of hot air ejection holes are further formed in an upper side of an inner pipe of the double pipes, the guiding screw has inflow preventing plates formed on vanes thereof, and the rotary dryer has a plurality of transfer vane elements(43) further formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof.

The spraying nozzle is arranged in the effluent evaporating container in order to spray the effluent. The high pressure compressor supplies high pressure air to the inlet of the spraying nozzle. The effluent sprayed by the spraying nozzle is evaporated based on hot wind.
