    • The present invention relates to a composite filter for air cleaning having an adsorbent layer such as absorbent powder as a tool for adsorbing and removing fine dust, particulate and malodor in the air. The composite filter for air cleaning is assembled between a cover (110) having a plurality of vent holes at the upper and lower parts and a frame (120) and includes an adsorbent layer (130) composed of the adsorbent powder for adsorbing harmful gas or malodor, wherein the adsorbent layer (130) is divided by a plurality of partitions (131) into lattice cells (132) filled with the adsorbent powder, and wherein each lattice cell (132) can improve filtration performance of the composite filter owing to the adsorbent powder distributed uniformly on the whole area of the filter while preventing the dispersion of the adsorbent powder because each lattice cell has an incline plane (132a) with a cross section tapering in a direction of filtered air and the surface area of an inhaling opening part (132b) of each lattice cell (132) is larger than that of a discharge opening part (132c).

    • PURPOSE: A magnetic filter device is provided to increase efficiency for filtering metal powder from powder materials by maximizing a contact area of the powder materials passing through filter holes due to improvement of a mesh structure. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic filter device comprises: a frame; an electromagnetic power generation unit which is located on the circumference of the frame and generates the electromagnetic power; and a filter unit which is located inside the frame and attaches a metal powder among the powder materials using the electromagnetic power. The filter unit includes a plurality of mesh plates(80) which is mutually laminated. The mesh plate has a plurality of filter holes(82) which are mutually connected along height direction. A plurality of unit filters(81) having filter holes are slantingly connected to the downward.

    • A ceramic paper formed of ceramic fibers useful for ceramic filter is provided to have more improved tensile strength and wet tensile strength, and to increase efficiency of continuous paper manufacturing process by comprising ceramic fibers, organic fibers and water-soluble epoxy based organic binder to form a slurry composition. The ceramic paper is prepared of a slurry composition comprising: ceramic fibers including at least one selected from alumina and silica and having fiber length of 0.1 to 10mm; organic fibers; and an epoxy based organic binder. Amount of the organic binder ranges from 0.1 to 10 wt. parts against 100 wt. parts of the ceramic fibers. The ceramic fibers are selected from a group consisting of alumina, alumino silicate, alumino borosilicate and mullite. The organic fibers are selected from a group consisting of cellulose fiber, hemp, nylon, rayon, polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, aramid, acryl fiber and mixture thereof.
