摘要： A disposable footwear sole with heating function is provided to protect the foot from the cold weather by generating the heat with a determined temperature with a filler for a long time, and to improve the health of the foot so as to promote users' heath, as well as to achieve the environment-friendly heating function. The disposable footwear sole with heating function comprises: an upper layer, made out of a fiber cloth; and a lower layer, made out of a vinyl-system cloth, like polyethylene or polystyrene; so that the footwear sole is formed in a two-ply foot shape. Additionally the footwear sole is filled with a filler so that it has a determined thickness and then sealed, wherein the filler is formed by mixing 10 to 15 Wt.% of iron powder, 40 to 50 Wt.% of wood powder, starch or grain powder, like rice or barley, 20 to 30Wt.% of activated charcoal, and 10 to 15Wt.% of salt.

摘要： PURPOSE: A biodegradable foam composition for midsole using polylactic acid and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve biodegradability, durability and hardness. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable foam composition for midsole using polylactic acid is composed of polylactic acid mixture substrate. The mixed material is composed of a mixture of copolymers and polylactide acid. The biodegradable foam composition comprises 1-10 parts by weight of plasticizer, 1-10 parts by weight of silane coupling agent, 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of cross-linking agent, 2-5 parts by weight of foaming agent, 1-10 parts by weight of metal oxide, 0.5-2 parts by weight of stearic acid and 1-10 parts by weight of calcium carbonate based on 100.0 parts by weight of the mixed material. 20-60 parts by weight of the polylactic acid is included based on 100.0 parts by weight the mixed material. A manufacturing method of the biodegradable foam composition comprises the following steps: manufacturing a master batch by mixing polylactic acid mixture substrate. The mixed material is composed of a mixture of copolymers and polylactide acid. The biodegradable foam composition comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture by mixing plasticizer, silane coupling agent, cross-linking agent, foaming agent, metal oxide, stearic acid and calcium carbonate(s1); mulling a additive for foaming, plasticizer, and silane compling agent(s2); and mixing the mulling material with cross-linking agent and a forming agent(s3).
