    • PURPOSE: A temperature increase system for boiler emission gas capable of removing nitrogen oxide is provided to remove the nitrogen oxide included in the emission gas by increasing temperature of the exhaust gas with a bypass duct. CONSTITUTION: A temperature increase system for boiler emission gas includes the following: a boiler(10) installed on one side of a facility(100); a main duct(40) discharging the emission gas discharged through a fuel economizer(21) through a boiler; a bypass duct(50) supplying the emission gas to a nitrogen oxide reduction device(30) after bypassing the emission gas from the top of the fuel economizer; and a bypass duct damper installed inside the main duct and the bypass duct. The emission gas of low temperature and bypass gas are uniformly mixed and adjusted in a temperature of 310-400°C.
    • 目的:提供能够除去氮氧化物的锅炉排放气体的温度升高系统,通过旁路管道增加废气温度来除去排放气体中所含的氮氧化物。 构成:锅炉排放气体的升温系统包括:安装在设施一侧的锅炉(10); 通过燃料节约器(21)排出的排出气体通过锅炉排出的主管道(40) 在从燃料节约器的顶部绕过排放气体之后,将排放气体供给到氮氧化物还原装置(30)的旁通管道(50) 和安装在主管道和旁通管道内的旁通管道阻尼器。 低温旁路气体的排放气体在310-400℃的温度下均匀混合调节。
