    • PURPOSE: A concrete transferring and distributing machine is provided to reduce a working time and the number of workers by transferring and distributing concrete through a pipe line and a concrete pump. CONSTITUTION: A concrete transferring and distributing machine consists of a pipe installing device(11) and a concrete transferring device(31). The pipe installing device contains four supporting pillars(12) and traveling wheels(13). The supporting pillar is connected to an upper frame(15) and a lower frame, and a roller is attached to the lower frame. A ring shaped rotating plate(18) is placed on the roller and ends of many supporters are attached to the inside of the ring shaped rotating plate. The supporters are connected each other by a connecting ring. Each vertical roller(21) is installed in one side of each supporting pillar in parallel and a flexible pipe(22) is wound on the rotating plate several times. The concrete transferring device contains four supporting pillars(32) and traveling wheels(33). A supporting frame is connected to the upper end of the supporting pillar and a round rail(35) is attached on the supporting frame. A rotating frame(37) is placed on the round rail with a roller(36) and a weight(38) is attached to one side of the rotating frame. A first rotation connecting pipe(39) is fixed to the other side of the rotating frame and a transferring pipe(41) is formed in both sides of the first rotation connecting pipe. A fixing pipe(42) is connected to the first rotation connecting pipe and the fixing pipe is connected to a rotation connecting pipe(23) of the pipe installing device through a second rotation connecting pipe(40), an L shaped pipe(43) and a joint pipe(44). Then, the concrete transferring and distributing machine travels on a rail(52) by being fixed to a rail supporter(51).

CONSTITUTION: A water temperature detecting section detects the temperature of heating water supplied through a heat exchanger(14) and a pump(16). An indoor temperature detecting section detects the indoor temperature. The first to fourth temperature adjusters(RC1-RC4) are provided to display the temperature signal of the indoor temperature detecting section. The first to fourth electromotive valves are installed at rear ends of the first to fourth heating water pipes(RM1 to RM4) to discharge or shut off heating water.
