    • 본발명은흡광이미지분석을이용한세포사멸정량분석법에관한것으로, 보다구체적으로는화학시료에노출되어세포사멸이유도된단일세포층에흡광염료처리를한 후형성된이미지를촬영하고각세포별흡광도를정량적으로분석하는세포사멸정량분석법에관한것이다. 본발명에따르면세포별흡광및 형태인자의다중변수분석을이용하여정상세포와대비하여개별세포가퇴화되는사멸의과정을 MTT 검색법등기존의흡광기반세포사멸분석법들에비하여보다정확하게정량화할 수있으므로고효율, 고집적도의세포기반미세유체칩, 신약개발시사전인 비트로스크리닝(in-vitro screening) 장치, 유해화학물질세포독성평가장치등으로활용될수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A cancer stem cell growth inhibitor containing 2-phylon-derived compounds is provided to suppress PI3K signal and Ras signal activation and malignancy and infiltration of the cancer stem cells. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing cancer stem cell growth contains 2-phylon-derived compounds of chemical formula 1 or a derivative thereof as an active ingredient. The 2-phylon-derived compounds are 5-bromo-3-(3-hydroxyprop-1-ynyl)-2H-pyran-2-one(BHP). The composition suppresses PI3K signal and Ras signal activation. An anticancer adjuvant contains the compound of chemical formula 1 or a derivative thereof as an active ingredient. A method for suppressing cancer stem cell growth includes a step of treating with the compound of chemical formula 1 or derivative thereof.

    • PURPOSE: A microfluidic cell chip and cell image analyzing apparatus and quantitative analysis of cell apoptosis are provided to quantitate cell apoptosis in real time. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic cell chip comprises: a medium inlet(3); a sample inlet(5) which is separately mounted from the medium inlet; a diffusion section(1) of microfluid comprising the microfluidic channel; a cell culture section(2) in which cells are adhered and cultured; and an outlet(6) which is connected to the cell culture section. The cell culture section has a valve system for controlling microfluid flow. A quantitative analysis of cell apoptosis using the microfluic cell chip comprises: a step of preparing the microfluidic cell chip; a step of injecting cells through outlet and passing through the diffusion section of microfluid to exposure single cell layer to a sample; and a step of photographying the cell culture section and extracting form factor value of each cell from the image to quantitate cell apoptosis level.
