    • PURPOSE: A wireless transmission apparatus for high mobility and high throughput is provided to determine a transmission mode and enable a control for operating a wireless terminal in the predetermined transmission mode. CONSTITUTION: A wireless transmitter which performs reconfiguration for high mobility and high throughput comprises: an operation mode decision unit configured to decide an operation mode depending on mobility, a required data rate, and wireless link performance; a clock generation unit(305) configured to generate a plurality of clock signals; a selection unit configured to select necessary clock signals among the plurality of clock signals generated by the clock generation unit according to the operation mode decided by the operation mode decision unit; and at least one or more digital modulation units configured to modulate transmitted data by adjusting a signal bandwidth of a frequency domain and a transmission time of a time domain using the clock signals selected by the selection unit.

    • PURPOSE: A packet transmit-receive method and an apparatus capable of recognizing a termination of the packet are provided to accurately recognize the termination of the packet without loss of a packet throughput by detecting additional data including termination information of the packet. CONSTITUTION: A packet end training preamble(202) showing a termination of corresponding packet is inserted into the packet used to existing OFDM system. A length of the packet is increased by inserting the packet end training preamble into the packet. The increase of the packet length not brings the loss of a packet throughput. A packet transmission method includes a step inserting an additional data to the packet including the preamble for a data and the data. The packet transmission method includes the step of transmitting the packet and the additional data. The additional data includes termination information of the packet.
