    • The present invention relates to a risk evaluation system associated with elements of technical specification to operate nuclear plants, which includes an input unit (100) which transfers working process information generated by establishing processing plans for the work section with the order received to a storage unit (200) connected through the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; a storage unit (200) which saves the working order information transferred from the input unit (100), and which saves and controls information on equipment of the nuclear power plants, evaluation tree on operation restriction criteria of the technical specification, and system fault tree; an analysis unit (300) which analyzes information on working order, equipment of nuclear power plants, evaluation tree on operation restriction criteria of the technical specification, and the system fault tree transferred from the storage unit (200) and generates information on operation restriction conditions for the equipment and nonoperational equipment within the review period of the evaluation; and a display unit (400) which displays the information on operation restriction conditions and nonoperational equipment provided from the storage unit (200) and the analysis unit (300). According to the present invention, a logic to automatically confirm the entry of the operation restriction criteria due to works is added so that an effective risk and process management can be conducted whilst the system complies with the regulatory requirements.
