    • PURPOSE: A construction method and an apparatus for grouting of double steel pipe are provided to generate difference in gel speed of the materials which are projected into the relaxation area and the non-relaxation area, so that the charging and closing efficiency of relaxation void are improved in the relaxation area, and the efficiency of reinforcement is improved in the non-relaxation area. CONSTITUTION: A construction method comprises the steps of; inserting an external pipe(1) into the punched hole; installing a double swivel(4) to feed grout-material into the external/internal pipe; caulking to prevent the backward flow between punched hole and external pipe; pressuring and transferring the gel reactant and the main materials into the external/internal pipe; feeding the quick-setting hardener in the relaxation area, and feeding the slow-setting material in the non-relaxation area; and finishing the first feed when the double steel pipe reaches the critical pressure. An apparatus comprises; an external pipe which has hollow and strainers(5); internal pipes(2) which are installed at regular intervals in the external pipe, and has strainers; and a double steel pipe(3) which has a double swivel.
