    • The present invention relates to a method for coating surfaces of various in vivo inserts with nitrogen monoxide released under control using catecholamine, and more particularly, to a technique for forming a coating film having a diazeniumdiolate functional group on the surface of a material using catecholamine. The present invention can provide a technique for preparing a thin coating film, capable of controlling the release of nitrogen monoxide on surfaces of various materials, and the technique is characterized by being economical due to a simple process and low costs. Further, the coating film formed by the method of the present invention can stably supply nitrogen monoxide in the in vivo environment, and is suitable to the application to the living body due to the absence of cytotoxicity. Therefore, according to the present invention, the material having a coating film formed on the surface thereof, especially, the in vivo insert is useful for medical and health purposes, including treatment of ischemic disorders such as atherosclerosis, erection control, antibiotic treatment, antiviral treatment, and wound healing, by controlling the release of nitrogen monoxide.
    • 本发明涉及一种使用儿茶酚胺在控制下用一氧化氮释放各种体内插入物的表面的方法,更具体地说,涉及一种使用儿茶酚胺在材料表面上形成具有二氮烯鎓二醇官能团的涂膜的技术。 本发明可以提供一种能够控制各种材料的表面上的一氧化氮释放的薄膜的制造技术,其特征在于由于工艺简单,成本低廉而经济。 此外,通过本发明的方法形成的涂膜可以在体内环境中稳定地供应一氧化氮,并且适合于由于不存在细胞毒性而适用于生物体。 因此,根据本发明,具有形成在其表面上的涂膜,特别是体内插入物的材料可用于医疗和健康目的,包括治疗缺血性疾病如动脉粥样硬化,勃起控制,抗生素治疗,抗病毒 治疗和伤口愈合,通过控制一氧化氮的释放。
