摘要： PURPOSE: A device for a reusable integrated circuit tape and a reel is provided to make the return and reuse of reels cost effective, while standardizing the parts of the reel. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a hub(32) having a cylindrical shape, a top surface, and a bottom surface, an upper flange connected to the top surface of the hub in such a manner that the upper flange is removable, and which has a spindle hole, a lower flange connected to the bottom surface of the hub in such a manner that the lower flange is removable, a tape unit for holding the integrated circuits during transportation, and a lock unit located on the top and bottom surfaces for locking the top and bottom flanges into place on the hub. The hub and top and bottom flanges form a reel(30) for transportation of the integrated circuits when assembled.
