    • The present invention relates to a system for recovering heat of sewage, capable of being efficiently utilized for cooling and heating or heating the water in each demanding place by recovering a heat resource of the sewage discharged form a sewage treatment plant and stably supplying the heat resource to the various demanding place. The system for recovering the heat of the sewage according to the present invention includes a first and a second heat exchanger exchanging the heat of the sewage supplied from a sewage resource and first raw water; a heat pump exchanging the heat of second raw water and the first raw water of which the heat is exchanged in the first and the second heat exchanger; and a heat storage tank storing the heat generated by the second raw water of which the heat is exchanged in the heat pump. The first and second heat exchangers are connected in parallel. A sewage circulation line circulating the sewage is connected to the first and second heat exchangers. A first raw water circulation line is connected to between the first and second heat exchanger and the heat pump. A second raw water circulation line is connected to between the heat pump and the heat storage tank. A third raw water circulation line is connected to between the heat storage tank and the demanding place.

    • PURPOSE: A small hydropower generating apparatus and a controlling method thereof are provided to simultaneously implement prediction control and feedback control, thereby increasing the generation efficiency of a water wheel and maximally utilizing an optimal flow rate. CONSTITUTION: A small hydropower generating apparatus includes a water storage tank, a water wheel(20), a feeding pipe(30), an inlet valve(40), a hydraulic actuation unit(50), and a generator(60). Multiple blades having variable pitch angles are installed on the outer circumferential surface of a hub of the water wheel placed at the lower side of the water storage tank. The feeding pipe is connected from the water storage tank to the water wheel. The inlet valve at the upstream end of the water wheel opens and closes a flow path of the feeding pipe. The hydraulic actuation unit opens and closes the inlet valve, and controls the pitch angle of the blades. A controlling unit controls the actuation of the hydraulic actuation unit. An electronic switch is turned on when the RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) of the water wheel reaches a rated RPM in order to connect an output terminal of the generator to a system of KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation).

As an submersed membrane system configured such that a membrane is submersed into a separate tank, an external-submersed membrane system sequentially comprises a stabilization tank(10), an anoxic tank(20), an anaerobic tank(30), an aerobic tank(40), a submersed membrane tank(50) in which a membrane(52) is installed, and which is connected to the aerobic tank by a pipeline or partition wall, and a bubble remover(100) for removing bubbles generated in the stabilization tank by aeration. The bubble remover includes: a bubble sensing part(120) for sensing the amount of bubbles generated in the stabilization tank; a bubble suction pump(110) for sucking the bubbles when a predetermined amount of bubbles is sensed by the bubble sensing part; a liquefied bubble discharge pipeline(L10) for treating the sucked bubbles and discharging the treated bubbles to the outside of the stabilization tank; and a control part for receiving a signal generated from the bubble sensing part and applying a power source to the bubble suction pump or cutting off supply of the power source to the bubble suction pump.
