    • PURPOSE: To prevent deterioration of image quality, increase of a waiting time, increase of toner consumption and discharged toner, etc. CONSTITUTION: An in-device memory is arranged in a developing device which is freely attached/detached to/from the main body of the image forming apparatus, and a main body memory is arranged on the main body side. Then, the deterioration of the image quality and the increase of the waiting time are prevented by performing the density control to an absolute minimum.
