상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 고안은, 세퍼레이터롤러를 피딩롤러측으로 지지하는 조절나사의 헤드부 외주면에 다수의 요철을 형성하고 상기 요철을 가압볼로 눌러 외부로부터의 진동이나 각종 잡력이 가해지더라도 조절나사가 돌아갈 염려가 없어 피딩롤러에 대한 세퍼레이터롤러의 간격이 언제나 일정하다. 또한 상기 요철의 간격이 일정하므로 조절나사를 돌려 세퍼레이터롤러의 간격을 새로 세팅할 때 가압볼이 요철을 넘어간 횟수로 조절나사의 이송거리를 계산할 수 있어 간격조절이 정확하고 간단하다.

摘要： Disclosed is an automatic teller machine (ATM) including a clutch device (70) for selectively supplying power to a pick-up roller for extracting banknotes from a banknote storage cassette located within the ATM. The clutch device includes a driving gear (40) rotatably mounted to the frame (10) for receiving the rotational driving force from the drive motor to rotate the plurality of driving rollers, an idle gear (42) engaged with the driving gear for rotating in response the rotational movement of the driving gear, a pick-up roller gear (44) fixedly mounted on a rotating shaft (34) of the pick-up roller and engaged with the idle gear for rotating the pick-up roller and, and a motor control means (20) adapted to allow the idle gear to be engaged with or disengaged from the pick-up roller. Therefore, since the transmission of a rotational driving force to the pick-up roller is performed by means of gears, not friction plates, the control performance of power transmission of the clutch device is uniformly maintained even after use for extended period of time. Also, the pick-up roller can rapidly respond to the power transmission of the clutch device by employing an actuator for allowing the gears to be selectively engaged with or disengaged from each other. Further, extra rotation of the pick-up roller due to rotational inertia thereof is prevented by employing stopping means for exclusively controlling the overall operation of the pick-up roller, thus allowing the pick-up roller to perform the correct extraction of banknotes.

摘要： Disclosed is an automated teller machine (ATM) configured to selectively make a driving roller (12) and a driven roller (53) which transfer banknotes along a predetermined path in the ATM come into or out of contact with each other. In the ATM, a plurality of driven rollers are rotatably installed in a cover plate (51) to make the driven rollers contact corresponding driving rollers by rotating the cover plate toward the driving rollers, or to make the driven rollers separate from the driving rollers by rotating the cover plate in the opposite direction. Thus, even if a banknote moving between a pair of a driving roller and a driven roller comes to a stop due to a jam, the banknote can be easily removed from the pair of rollers just by making the pair of rollers be spaced apart from each other. Therefore, prompt and simplified repair and maintenance are allowed and the ATM can be prevented from malfunctioning due to a banknote jam.
