摘要： PURPOSE: A design method of a standard cell is provided to minimize the leakage current flowing in the standard cell by operating the standard cell according to the optimized operation route. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of working paths of the standard cell pitches(10). The standard cell is operated in inside through the various routes. Each delay time of the operated routes is measured(12). In the same output state of the standard cell, delay times for generating output through each operated path respectively is able to be different. The delay time to relatively small among a plurality of delay times is selected as the optimized operation route(14). According to the optimized operations route of being selected, the standard cell is composed(16).
